She probably still uses the cell phone too. Besides the fact that there aren’t many laws protecting cyclist form careless motorists, or the ones that think we don’t belong on the roads for that matter. People don’t have much regard for anyone but them selves.
I am no Judge but I think negligent homicide would have worked perfectly for her situation. At the very least she should have to get familiar with the mass transit system for a while.
...better yet, ride a bike.
