New Years Eve

This is my first email post, let's hope I don't have to correct it.

Well, it is new years by about 1.25hrs. I just got off the trainer.
Didn't notice that it had come and gone. Hurting in the middle of some
threshold and threshold with bursts intervals.

And it looks like the weather will be providing more trainer time for
tomorrow.

Ouch.
